About RRB:

Railway Recruitment Control Board is a government organization in India. It was set up in 1998 in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), New Delhi, India. Railway Recruitment Boards are associations under the Government of India that deal with the arrangement of new representatives to work in Indian railroads. There are 21 boards arranged in various parts of India. In 1942, a Service Commission with a Chairman and two individuals were set up for enrollment of Subordinate Staff on the then North West Railway was known as Railway Service Commission.
